2. Purpose of this Website

This website, owned by Surgimob SL, is an online shop. Its purpose is to describe and sell The Bone Crusher, a surgical steel instrument used by dentists and oral surgeons to grind autogenous bone for grafting procedures, and to ship it to the buyer.

The information published here describes a professional instrument and is addressed to dental and medical professionals. It is not medical advice and it does not replace clinical judgement, training or the manufacturer’s instructions for use. Surgimob SL does not provide clinical services through this website.

3. The Product, the Price and the Taxes

The shop sells a single product. Its price is shown on every page where it appears and is the final price the buyer pays: it includes all applicable taxes and no amount is added at checkout other than shipping, where it applies.

  • Price: 834 € (eight hundred and thirty-four euros).
  • Shipping within Spain: included in the price.
  • Shipping outside Spain: 30 € (thirty euros), added at checkout.
  • Customs duties and import taxes charged by the destination country are not included and are payable by the buyer.

Prices may change at any time, but the price that applies to an order is always the one displayed at the moment the order is placed.

4. Orders, Payment and Delivery

An order is placed from this website and completed on the payment page operated by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Surgimob SL does not see, handle or store card numbers at any point. The sale is concluded when the payment is confirmed, and the buyer receives confirmation by email.

We ship worldwide. Delivery time depends on the destination, and it is confirmed in the order confirmation. If the product cannot be shipped to a given destination, the order is cancelled and refunded in full.

The contract is concluded in English and the documentation of the order is sent to the buyer by email.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

A consumer buying at a distance within the European Union has fourteen calendar days from receiving the product to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. The conditions, the address to return the product to and who pays the return shipping are set out in the refund policy of this website, which forms part of these terms.

This right does not replace the legal guarantee of conformity: a product that arrives defective or damaged in transit is repaired, replaced or refunded at no cost to the buyer.
